Most guests tell us they LOVE the quiet, peaceful location, and beautiful starry night sky, away from the Sedona traffic, and yet still only minutes away from everything Sedona has to offer. Our private Desert Rose Retreat property is ideal for large families, and reunion or friend groups who want a relaxing, healing trip in nature.
This home now features Starlink high-speed internet, providing reliable Wi-Fi perfect for remote work, streaming, or staying connected, even in our peaceful, secluded location.
Bring up to 16 guests to stay in our 5 cozy, bright bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. This ranch-style multigenerational home has plenty of space to spread out comfortably.
There’s no shortage of gathering places to hang out with your loved ones. Come together in the wide-open Great Room for game night, or cozy up on the couches in the family room for cards or charades. We have 2 living rooms!
We also appreciate the value of alone time. In the mornings, embrace your yoga practice or meditate in the peaceful yoga room. And when you’re done, cozy up in the reading nook and take a peek through the telescope.
If you enjoy cooking, Desert Rose Retreat’s 2 full kitchens and breakfast bar are at your disposal. Savor late mornings with a freshly brewed pot of coffee to sip on as natural light floods the airy room.
Need to feed an army? Whip up a potluck dinner in our 2nd kitchen (that's right- we have 2 large kitchens!) with stainless steel appliances, or use the BBQ grill to cook something tasty. Then gather at the hardwood dining room table (booster seat available) for good conversation and wine.
To say evenings at Desert Rose Retreat are enchanting is an understatement. Whether you stay in for a relaxing bubble bath, soak in the outdoor hot tub (heated year-round), or convene at the patio’s fire pit beneath the stars, you’ll feel that palpable Sedona magic in the air.
BEDROOMS
*BEDROOM 1 UPSTAIRS:
This spacious room boasts a king bed and two bunk beds, providing plenty of space for rest. This bedroom is the only one that is upstairs. All others are downstairs.
*BEDROOM 2 DOWNSTAIRS:
Expect luxurious comfort with a king-sized bed in this room.
*BEDROOM 3 DOWNSTAIRS:
You'll find a cozy queen bed in this room, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep.
*BEDROOM 4 DOWNSTAIRS:
Unwind in comfort with a queen-sized bed that invites relaxation.
*BEDROOM 5 DOWNSTAIRS:
This room offers the versatility of two twin beds, whether you're looking for a restful solo night's sleep or accommodating multiple guests.
*Living Room:
For added convenience, a comfortable queen pull-out couch bed is at your service.

Other Things to Note
Keyless entry home- we provide a door code on day of arrival. Two non-invasive cameras on site. Pet-friendly. NO touching/feeding horses next door. We do charge a $35 non refundable pet fee per pet per night (2 pets max) - this will be charged to you AFTER you have made the booking. Or we cap at $275- whichever is the lesser of the two.
For our guests' comfort and enjoyment, we do not allow dogs on beds or sofas at any time. Pet hair is difficult to remove from linens and upholstery, and we want everyone to be able to enjoy their stay.
