Summary: The spa area is wonderful, could definitely be a 5 star spa. But the service in the rest of the hotel and in the restaurant was quite bad. Had to change room in the middle of the night because of a power outage and got nothing, not a so sorry for your inconvenience or anything. Glad we didn’t book with dinner included every night as the restaurant was not very exciting (very limited wine selection, waiters were doing a lot of mistakes etc).
