**KEY FEATURES AND NOTES**
- We will require a $250 refundable security deposit and $50 towels and linens fees sending to us via Airbnb. (Towels and linens fee are refundable too if all towels are not stained with unbleachable mark)
-We allow small pets under 25 pounds! Please kindly bring your pet necessary items and do the clean up each time of their Poty!
-We allow infant and kids but may not have every quipements for them. Thanks!

-Bedding setup may be different from the photos. It will be all white.
-Please kindly put back all board games and table games after playing, we will be greatly appciated! No need to clean the house, becasue you have pay the cleaning fees!
-Grill is on the backyard, if grill is used, extra $50 cleaning fee will be applied.
- NO TALKING LOUDLY over at the front yard and back yard and no extra guest stay at night. Use all parking space in the garage and driver way before parking in the street. Only 10 Guests are allowed in the house (Children count as guest too). Violation will result in a $1000 fine from the City and the Security team will be called to remove all guests. IF you get complaints by neighbors by the second time, you will be removed immediately.
- Trash container will be store in the sideyard. We will have a co-worker come by to place the trash container to the side yard every Thursday - Friday. They will get access to the side yard.

— IMPORTANT: Please read and agree to all house rules. Please also maintain the noise volume to a minimum level and respect your neighbors!
— There are 1 pantry out of service for storage use.
— Please follow the check-in and check-out time. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs when communicated 48hrs in advance. To provide the best experience for the next guest, our professional cleaning team requires a 5 hour average turnaround time.
— Backyard security cam will activate if the noise volume exceeds the City Regulation.
— Please do not use towels and bed sheet for make up, dyeing, polishing shoes or leave any unwashable stain. If we have towel stained that is none-washable, we will have to charge you. We do not want to make your room rate too high, so please kindly take care of our towels. Thank you!
— If you have more guest than the requirement, please talk to the host!
