Playroom has its own private patio and large fireplace, large flat screen TV, full bar area with sink, refrigerator, and pub seating. The games include darts and pool table for your entertainment. There is an inside beach bathroom with shower for the beach goers with a separate Strand entrance. The second floor includes a large kitchen with breakfast dining for 4, plenty of cabinet space plus commercial refrigerator, freezer, grill, and stove for gourmet cooking. The 4th bedroom is a den/office with sofa bed and desk plus 1/2 bath for guests. The formal dining room has large table to seat 8 comfortably with plenty of built-in cabinets for storage. Living room has plenty of comfy seating, a large fireplace, flat screen tv and the most awesome views of the Pacific. French doors lead you to a balcony that has outdoor seating with incredible views of the Ocean. Bedroom has walk-in closet, built-in drawers, King bed, flat screen TV and its own a private balcony. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor with shared bathroom.
