Home and Property Description:
THE PROPERTY: This sprawling home with terrific floor plan is minutes away from SF, the Wine Country, the beach and some of the best trails in NorCal. The house is perfect for families wishing to relax or explore the beautiful Bay Area. (Long term executive rentals and long-term remodel stays are also welcome).
Please note that we have a few firm policies as follows:
- No parties or events of any kind
- No more than 12 people overnight on property, 15 during the day.
- Smoke-free property (no smoking of any kind allowed, inside or outside)
- Quiet hours: 10pm-8am
- No pets (overnight or visiting)

The open, well-equipped kitchen with gourmet appliances adjoins a large family room with comfy furniture and surround sound TV. In a separate wing, there’s a huge game room with a foosball table and stereo perfect for evening gatherings. Unique found-art, pop-culture pieces and fine art are displayed throughout. The property houses a small granny apartment where the hosts live that is completely fenced off from the Estate.
Double French doors lead from the family room to an outdoor living area with BBQ. Generous yards, gardens and a secluded dipping pool will make your stay memorable. A truly romantic, charming large, bright, sunny and warm home where the outdoors and indoors commingle. The property enjoys the best weather in Marin with sunny days and gorgeous nights.
The property is 5 minutes to the freeway (101), an easy 15 minute walk to the many restaurants, brew pubs and shops of San Rafael. It is 4 miles from Deer Park Villa in Fairfax, an easy 10 minute drive.
