THE Wellness Centre is a 1700 sq ft space with sitting area that has an electric fireplace, a Kitchenette with a fridge, sink, microwave, hot plate, coffee/tea machine, toaster, and air fryer, a bathroom with shower. There are two rooms available for overnight accommodations. One room has a full size bed and the other has two twin beds. There a futon in the large open Multi Purpose room, that has a door, and a couple cots for additional sleep space. There's also foldable tables and chairs available for use.

THE Tranquility House is a walkout basement suite that has its own entrance and private spaces that include a living/dining room, kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, air fryer, coffee machine, bathroom with bathtub, 3 bedrooms each with queen size beds, and a hide-a-bed couch in the living room. There is someone living upstairs in a separate space.
