Nestled among pines, you step outside to direct Forest Service surrounding the property perfect for hiking, biking or horseback riding. A short 15 minutes from downtown Flagstaff and 25 minutes from Snowbowl! The Cinder Lakes OHV area is 1 mile away for dirt bike/razor riding. The private balcony takes in sweeping mountain views of Mount Elden and the San Francisco Peaks. Horse Stalls are available for rent for an extra fee. • Approximately 1,000 sq ft private guest house on the second story which make your feel like your in the trees. Exterior stairs lead you up to the balcony and front door.
• Two comfortable bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and Smart TV. The second bedroom has a full size bed and window seat to enjoy the forest.
• Full size tub and shower with fresh towels/wash cloths/shampoo/conditioner/body wash/ hairdryer.
• Spacious living room with 360 degree views of the beautiful mountains. A mounted smart TV and fast Wi-Fi
• Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, coffee maker and coffee provided, toaster, air fryer, spices, oil.
• Comfortable dining area for meals while looking at the whispering pine trees.
•Spacious Balcony with outdoor seating and a grill. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings overlooking the forest. Many elk and deer visit the property almost nightly!
We live in the main house on the property. My husband is a native from Flagstaff. He is a firefighter/paramedic in Flagstaff. I am a personal trainer and also homeschool my two boys. My boys are always outside, working on projects or riding their motorcycles out in the forest. We love the outdoor space we live in! Below the guest house is a fully equipped gym. I teach a few small weight training classes out of it on Mondays and Wednesdays. Occasionally there will be someone working out down below. They are very respectful of the guests above. I have provided sound machines in each room incase you can hear a muffled noise. If you’d like to use the gym, just let me know and I’ll see if it’s available.
