Welcome to my home in the fabled Movie Colony of Palm Springs. Newly available, this is a special place to stay. Totally remodeled to provide all the comforts of modern vacation living in a 2700 square foot space while preserving the vintage appeal of the glamorous Palm Springs lifestyle.
Situated on a quiet street, the Convention Center, Casino and downtown are within easy walking distance. There are stunning mountain views from both the front of the house and from the rear garden. With a 37 feet long saltwater pool you can lap swim or just laze in the water. Relax on one of the comfortable chaises, or in the jetted spa. Sip cocktails or dine al fresco on the cool veranda. The completely private garden offers you a free and relaxed lifestyle.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE. This is not a party house. We are in a quiet residential area which strictly observes the Palm Springs noise ordinances. Any excess noise or outside music will result in police visits and fines which are the renters responsibility
Inside the house, sink in to the luxury of a large living room furnished with vintage pieces and contemporary art, or wander in to the media room and watch satellite TV on the 50-in screen. Choose Netflix or Prime or record your favorite programs to the DVR. This is a comfortable room for reading, relaxing and watching the magical light change over the mountains.
The expansive living space features a dining area with a classic contemporary table which extends to seat 12. Impress your guests as you swing open the cool pass through door to bring out your creations from the kitchen, which has all new cabinets, surfaces, high end appliances and every gadget and utensil a chef can desire. I provide an extensive choice of dishes to suit every occasion.
The house has a water softening and purifying system throughout to make your drinking water pristine and to counteract the hard desert water.
There are three bedrooms. The master has a California king bed and extensive mirrored closet space. There is a glass topped desk overlooking the garden if you need to catch up with work or just check your emails. Complimentary wireless internet extends throughout the house and garden. The walk in shower and master bath lead directly out to the garden and pool.
The second bedroom has a king size bed and stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains. The bathroom is just across the hall and serves as the guest bathroom too.
At the other end of the house is an attached casita. Entered either from the garden or through a door in the dining room this quiet bedroom with its king size bed and elegant bathroom has an air of privacy and tranquility. Just right if you want to get away for a little R and R!
Every bedroom has cable TV. The living area has an iPod sound dock so that you can enjoy your own music.
