This exclusive detached villa, completed in 2023, is located in the elevated residential area of La Paloma, just 9 km from the marina of Sotogrande and only 1.5 km from the sea. Set on a private, fully fenced 1,250 m² plot, the villa offers 375 m² of living space distributed over three levels. Villa Morris stands out for its contemporary architecture, bright and generous interiors, and high-quality furnishings, carefully selected to ensure a comfortable and refined stay.
