Positive: We loved our stay in the Royal Resort and Spa, our room was clean, modern and spacious with a lovely balcony facing the pool and the Tatra mountains. We enjoyed using the coffee machine and the large fridge in the apartment and the bed was very comfortable. The check in process is very easy and the hotel is about a 20 minute walk into the main street in Zakopane. The spa facilities are fantastic and the pool is very hot with beautiful lighting in the evenings once it gets dark. In your room you are provided with dressing gowns for walking to and from the spa, there are also multiple saunas and a steam room in the spa area below the pool.
