Our home is located waterfront, on the Venice Canals. Everything in the home is brand new, from the ground up. New appliances, new furniture, new decks, new paint, new everything. Venice Beach is an 8 minute walk away, along the canals. There are many great restaurants in Venice and a ton of fun things to do! Our fav activities: biking on the beach bike path or walking along Venice’s boardwalk, visiting the Santa Monica Pier (12 min drive), or paddle boarding through the canals at sunset.
