These cozy third-floor rooms each have so much character -- smaller certainly doesn't mean basic! Each room has one queen bed (or one queen, one single) and either a private in-room washroom (shower stall) or private washroom across the hall. The Inn does not have an elevator, but your hosts are glad to assist with luggage! Each room has it's own floor heater, and A/C unit for the Summer months. There are extra blankets in the room and plenty more upon request. A WiFi booster has been installed to supply a fast connection to top-floor guest rooms!Although The Carriage House Inn is the largest B&B in Fredericton, the Innkeepers Jamie and Natalie Jardine know how important it is to feel like an invited guest and less of a reservation number!
