A comfortable holiday home with a private, exceptionally well-kept garden. The house is two stories high. On the ground floor, there's a spacious, atmospheric living room (satellite TV with Netflix, a double sofa bed, and a dining table), a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room. On the first floor, there are four double bedrooms (two of which have TVs) and a bathroom with a bathtub. There's a library and board games. The house has a large, covered terrace with garden furniture, a swing, and a gas grill. Central heating and wireless internet are available.
In front of the house, on the terrace side, is a heated swimming pool surrounded by loungers and inflatable armchairs. The garden surrounding the house is home to several fruit trees, as well as strawberries, blueberries, currants, blackberries, wild strawberries, peaches, and a vegetable garden. Hazelnuts and walnut trees complete the landscape. A bonfire is available in the garden. Three parking spaces are available within the fenced area.
