APARTMENT WARSAW | Apartment in Warszawa

I would like to invite you to my beautiful sunny apartment located at the Royal Castle Square in Warsaw. The apartment has got the amazing view over the Royal Castle, the Royal Castle Square (Plac Zamkowy), the King’s Zsigmond Column, and partly over Krakowskie Przedmieście street. It is a perfect place for a couple, one person or a family up to four.

If you'd like to spend a nice, romantic, relaxing time in Warsaw, this is the place for you!

The apartment consists of 40 sqm – one room, kitchen with window facing the King's Column and a bathroom.

The apartment is fully equipped, there's a satellite TV (Polsat Cyfrowy), WI-FI, washing machine, iron, hair-dryer, kettle, gas cooker and microwave. We prepare for our guests fresh high quality bed linen and towels and complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water.

There are many restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood, as well as small grocery shops, and big shopping centres.

It's easy to get or order a taxi, take a horse-carriage, a sight-seeing hop on & off bus, or free walking tour in English or Spanish.

The Apartment went through total makover in October 2014. It has got a new elegant floor, new wooden windows, freshly painted walls, new furniture.

ATTRACTIONS in the area:
All important tourist attractions are within walking distance from our apartment: National Museum, Warsaw Historic Museum, Chopin Museum, Maria Sklodowska-Curie Museum, Jewish Museum and Copernicus Science Centre. You can also take a short bus ride to Warsaw Uprising Museum. Please do not forget to visit the Royal Castle, where Polish kings used to live, and their summer Residence in Łazienki Park with beautiful surroundings, open-air Chopin concerts in the summer and peacocks walking around the Park.

Beautiful parks are all around – you can have a nice walk through Vistula river or you may run/roller blade or bicycle ride through its edge, you may take a walk or run in Saxon Garden where Unknown Soldier Grave is situated, or Krasinski's Garden.
You may also have an interesting walk through Krakowskie Przedmieście street where President’s of Poland Palace is located 5-7 minutes from the apartment, as well as the Ministry of Culture, galleries, and University of Warsaw historical buildings.

The Grand Theatre, National Opera, the Chamber Opera, National Philharmonic and the National Theatre are all popular with classical music and worldwide-known plays and operas. All these places are also within 5-15 mins walk from the apartment.

You may also have a nice 45 mins walk to Łazienki Park with Royal Summer Palace. You can see peacocks and squarrels there, have an icecream, or attend free Chopin concert on Sundays in the summer.

As to night-life you can find lots o bars and clubs at Mazowiecka street, 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment.

Shopping centres with popular brands such as Zara or Massimo Dutti are within 25 mins walks or a short bus ride.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment itself has been renovated recently. It’s very nice and cosy. It is located on the third floor (with no lift) with windows facing Plac Zamkowy (the room) and Piwna street (the kitchen).
The place is ideal for one or two, but can sleep four. It consists of:
- living room with comfortable queen size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and double sofa, antic wooden wardrobe, table for two, satelite TV with over 400 international channels, free strong WI-fi maps and guides of Warsaw
- kitchen with an gas cooker and oven, a fridge, a kettle, a coffee express, a toster, utilities, a washing-machine, and a table-bar for two
- hall with clothes hanger
- bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a toilet, a sink and a hairdryer

FACILITIES
- a wireless modem that guest can use 24/7, plus free Wi-Fi from the city
- fully equipped kitchen (feel free to prepare your own food in the kitchen and you are welcome to help yourselves with herbs, spices, and of course tea and coffee)
- wardrobe space for you

TRANSPORT
Public transport - buses, trams are within short walking distance from the apartment - you may see them from the window. Metro station Ratusz Arsenal is located about 8-10 min walk from the apartment. Warsaw Central Train Station is located 20-25 minute walk from here, or 15 mins bus ride (#175). Warsaw Chopin Airport is based 45 mins bus ride (#175) away or 25 mins by taxi, Modlin Airport is located about 60 mins by bus, or up to 40 min by car.
