Downstairs features two queen bedrooms; a large second downstairs family room with super comfy Murphy bed; a roomy backyard for dining and relaxing with an outdoor dining table, roomy hot tub, comfy couches and chairs plus a cozy fire pit. The 25th Beach Retreat is stocked with plenty of beach gear-including towels, chairs, boogie boards & beach toys; a large selection of movies and books; and games for kids of all ages.
