Guests have exclusive use of a private lake (swimming and fishing are available at no extra charge), a private sandy beach, and a vast, fenced property. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. The town of Bytów, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes, is approximately 2 km away. This comfortable holiday home is built on stilts on a private lake (right on the shore). It comprises a spacious living room (double sofa bed, TV, fireplace, and dining table), a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. An additional double bedroom is located on the mezzanine. The house boasts a large, partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a picturesque view of the lake. A washing machine and dryer are located in a separate utility room. Air conditioning, electric underfloor heating, and a fireplace are available (wood is included in the price). Wireless internet is available. The extensive, well-maintained private property features a sandy beach (with a pedal boat, a stand-up paddleboard, and numerous inflatable water toys available), a playground, a gas grill, and secure parking. Two electric bikes are also available for guests (free of charge) and basic fishing equipment.
