Surrounded by a dense forest, this large, comfortable holiday villa with a private garden and covered terrace awaits guests.
The holiday home has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room (with a TV, fireplace, large dining table, and sofa), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower (also equipped with a washing machine). On the first floor, there are six bedrooms, a second bathroom with a shower, and two separate toilets.
The covered terrace is furnished with a complete set of lounge furniture. Fireplace heating and an electric heater in the living room are provided.
On the private, fenced property (for exclusive use of guests), there is a sauna (included in the price), a basketball hoop, and a sandbox for children. Behind the house is a large brick barbecue and a banquet table. A table tennis table is available in the garage. Secure parking is available. The price includes: bedding, electricity, water, electric sauna, firewood, table tennis, and parking. A cot and highchair are available upon request.
The area's biggest attraction is Lake Gim (swimming is possible within 200 m, and a larger beach is 300 m away).
