The house is located in the village of Wapiersk in Masuria, 5 km. from the tourist town of Lidzbark. In the village there is a small lake, approx. 200 m from the plot, there is also a small bathing area, but it is more suitable for boating, fishing, pedal boating than for swimming.
There is a large land area of 3000 metres, shared with the other house (the owner lives in the area). There is garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, 2 bicycles for adults and 1 for a child, hammock, garden rocking chair, trampoline, frame pool in summer.
