Seaside Apartment is located in a quiet and surrounded by greenery, in the immediate vicinity of the seaside green belt, which is just a short walk to get to the wide and sandy Stogi Beach. Guests here can count on an intimate atmosphere and silence. Lovers of relaxing by the water among the trees can reach the nearby Lake Pusty Staw in just a few minutes on foot. The surrounding area is perfectly prepared for recreation among the greenery and by the water - there is a pier, a fountain, and everything is surrounded and connected by a network of hiking and biking trails through picturesque dunes, lowlands and marshy areas of unique health value. There are also numerous elements of small architecture - swings, benches, exercise equipment, etc.
The immediate vicinity of the forest makes the apartment quiet, and in the morning we will be awakened by the singing of birds. The location of the property provides a variety of recreational opportunities for friends planning a trip together, as well as for parents traveling with their kids. The property is also located near a well-developed urban infrastructure - the children's play space is just a 1-minute walk away in a fenced and well-maintained area on the school grounds. The apartment is well connected with other parts of the city - there is no shortage of public transport stops nearby, so you can reach the market square with its beautiful architecture and tourist attractions in 22 minutes. You can also take the streetcar to Stogi Beach (1 stop). There is also a direct streetcar connection to Brzeźno and Jelitkowo Beaches. The route to the airport takes about half an hour by car. Motorized guests can find outdoor, public parking spaces near the building.

The apartment has a separate bedroom, in which there is a double bed with a large tote and a closet with a mirror. In the living room are placed: a double sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, a folding armchair, the so-called "American" and a capacious chest of drawers. Guests can sit here at the table to drink their morning coffee, or relax in the evening while watching television with access to cable channels. Meals can be prepared in the separate kitchen - a microwave, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, kettle and refrigerator with freezer are available to visitors. The elegant bathroom is equipped with a shower with a rain shower head, a washing machine, towels, a welcome toiletries set and a hair dryer. Air conditioning is also available in the apartment, as well as a travel crib and highchair.
