Summary: Our TV could not get the “popular channels” that the hotel suggested. When we asked for help, the desk clerk said someone would be there in 15 minutes. They never arrived. When I texted them, I did not receive a reply. They room was clean and comfortable, but there was no help from the staff to address any problems.
